SThree is delighted to have been named the fifth Most Socially Engaged Recruitment Company in the world by professional networking site LinkedIn.
The announcement was made at LinkedIn’s Social RecruitIn event in London where they revealed the 25 top brands globally who have made their 2015 list of the Most Socially Engaged Companies in the Recruitment Industry.
The list highlights companies who have built the strongest social engagement strategies based on interactions with LinkedIn’s 380 million members. “This is a big achievement for us,” said SThree’s Global Head of Marketing Garreth Hayes, “everyone in the recruitment industry recognises the importance of growing your audience and being effective on LinkedIn is a key part of our strategy.”
Rankings for the LinkedIn list are based on social reach, employee engagement, talent brand and content marketing power on LinkedIn. The ranking measures the top companies in the Recruitment industry with over 500 employees. The data was aggregated for companies with more than one company page on LinkedIn.
SThree’s Global Head of Content Kerry Dyson said, “We’re really proud to have been named fifth in this list, it’s a recognition of all the work we’ve recently put into increasing the relevance of the content we offer for our audiences. Candidates and clients rightly expect to have quality interactions with our brands and social media is increasingly important as part of an omni-channel approach to our marketing.”
SThree has recently increased its LinkedIn followers for its primary brands (including Computer Futures, Real Staffing, Huxley and Progressive) by an average of nearly 15%. The company are planning further improvements in the coming months which will further transform our relationships with our client and candidate audiences.
