At SThree Benelux & France we decided to embed innovation via intrapreneurship and we created a four month innovation challenge.
“I believe that the power and richness of SThree lies with its people, so we decided to take a bottom-up approach and to include all our employees, from sales to business support functions, in the process,” says Reynald Bourdeaux, Innovation Programme Manager.
This contributed to creating a more innovative work culture and at the same time allowed our region to identify commercial opportunities and to create new business ventures.

And now, the innovation challenge’s winning project is coming to life with SThree Consulting Belgium. This new service aims at empowering our clients’ talent acquisition teams to overcome the talent scarcity challenge they face. Our colleague Tamara Moonen, who originally submitted this idea, is now managing this new offering full time.
So thanks to this innovation programme, we have managed to create agility internally, applying shorter process circles, which allow any one of us to innovate within SThree France and Benelux.
