SThree has been named in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2015 for the second year running!
The Times Top 50 for Women lists the organisations that are leading on workplace gender equality and demonstrates that our efforts on gender equality have been recognised.
More about this great achievement...
Natasha Clarke, Managing Partner for Strategic Capability commented:
“We have made great efforts to build a strong diversity programme at SThree, backed by clear data to show the strong contribution made by female recruiters. We have a clear plan to attract and retain more female employees. For example, 80% of women who have been on maternity leave now come back to work with us as they can see that we have the right culture and policies to build a diverse workforce. Not only do we see the benefits in our own teams, but we are also able to help our clients who face similar challenges. By walking the talk we can be a valued partner to some of the world’s top companies.”
Kathryn Nawrockyi, Opportunity Now Director, Business in the Community, said:
“Congratulations to SThree on being included in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2015. They have recognised that putting inclusive behaviours at the core of what they do and making gender equality a business priority not only benefits the women they employ, but also the organisation as a whole and the clients, customers and communities they serve. Their dedication and commitment to driving change should educate and inspire other employers to make a difference, whatever their size or sector.”
The award looked at the initiatives Natasha and SThree have successfully driven across our internal workforce, with clients and in the community. Natasha’s hard work and dedication to raise awareness about gender diversity in the Company via Identity was integral in SThree being recognised as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women in the UK.
A huge thank you to everyone for completing the SThree submission, reviewing the Identity strategy, initiative and tools that support the Identity programme.
Also thank you to the employees that have assisted with the entry and to all those that have helped to champion SThree's Identity programme and helped to make it a way of life.
We are committed to creating a gender diverse workforce and will continue to support, develop and educate both men and women about gender diversity within SThree.
