We are delighted to announce that SThree has been shortlisted in two categories in the APSCo Awards for Excellence.
We're in the running for:
- ‘Best Client Initiative' for the unique and special quality services we have offered our public sector clients in the wake of the IR35 changes.
- ‘Innovator of the Year' for our innovative use of heat maps so our consultants and customers can devise a talent strategy based on fact rather than opinion.
Valuing our public sector relationships
Andy Hallett, Senior Partner, commented: “It's an honour to be shortlisted for the Best Client Initiative award and that a leading body such as APSCo has recognised the innovative work we are doing to support our public sector customers."
"We are proud to have delivered a successful cross-departmental project which has collectively informed and assisted our customers to comply with new legislation and mitigate risk. We have strengthened many of our valued public sector relationships and this initiative has truly demonstrated how we have gone above and beyond a standard supply solution”.
Providing insight based on data not sentiment
Harry Porter, Client Relationship Manager, Computer Futures added: “A common issue in recruitment is providing trusted information and using heat maps means we can provide detailed insight based on data not sentiment."
"This will ensure that our consultants' and customers' talent strategies are backed up by data which is proving to be invaluable. In many cases, this can save customers significant time and effort by avoiding making resourcing decisions that are not fit for purpose”.
As a next step, representatives from SThree connected with each award will attend a Q&A with APSCo judges at the end of the September and the winners will be announced at the Awards for Excellence Lunch on the 18th of October.
Well done to everybody involved and good luck!
