OUR US TEAMS IN RUNNING FOR BEST & BRIGHTEST

12/10/2015
Our US teams in running for best & brightest

Great news from our San Francisco and New York offices: Specialist Staffing Group, the US division of SThree plc have been shortlisted as finalists for two competitions that recognize exceptional companies in their local areas.

We’re one of 100 finalists in Crain’s New York Business journals Best Places to Work and on top of that have been shortlisted for the 101 Best and Brightest Companies in the San Francisco Bay Area organized by the National Associate for Business Resources (NABR).

“We are honored to recognize the efforts of this year’s 'Best and Brightest' companies. These companies have created impressive organizational value and business results through their policies and Best Practices in human resource management. This award designation is a powerful recruitment tool in the drive to attract and retain exceptional employees,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president.

Voted by our people

For both competition entries, finalists are scored predominantly on the results of a survey that employees completed. During this questionnaire our people were asked to rank their levels of satisfaction relating to criteria such as our work culture, reward structure and incentives.

Additionally, 25% of the scoring is based on information that was provided to describe our business strategy, financials, history and significant growth plans.

It’s exciting to know that our New York and San Francisco employees are hugely engaged and happy to work at SThree; and it’s even better that these findings were collected by an independent 3rd party organization.

In both competitions, we are only one of two staffing companies to make the list of finalists and we are looking forward to announcing our official ranking once it’s been released later this year.

Congratulations to SThree NYC and San Francisco on making your offices, officially one of the best places to work for in your city!
