These awards are an outstanding achievement for the SThree group in our Dubai office and highlight to the rest of the region what phenomenal hard work and dedication the team are putting into their clients and candidates every day. As an employer, SThree Dubai prides itself on delivering excellence, innovation and continuous growth, therefore to have won these three awards is a spectacular honour and a culmination of the combined efforts of all our colleagues in Dubai.

One of the largest specialist teams in the region, we enjoy a stellar reputation for operating with discretion, integrity and professionalism, along with more than 10 years’ worth of on-the-ground knowledge and experience. We partner with our clients in various ways, depending on their needs and requirements. With the office in Dubai consisting of almost 70% females, we’ve been able to advocate for women within technology and banking by leading from the front. To further value add, we conducted surveys and whitepaper reports to share and educate the importance of gender diversity and the impact it has on a business.
Beyond that, we placed a massive focus on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme which have benefitted more than 6,245 people since 2011. Last year, we launched a new partnership with the African Science Academy, empowering females in Africa to attend leading universities and become future leaders in STEM. Our people are also encouraged to take two days of paid leave to engage in a CSR activity of their choice. Through this fantastic CSR initiative, our staff feel like they have a direct impact in the community which helps spark a positive workplace environment.
Last year we also launched a major customer experience programme globally, using Net Promoter Score (NPS) to capture our clients and candidates feedback at every stage of the customer journey. These feedback are then used to adapt our systems, processes and behaviours. We’ve since seen significant improvements in our overall NPS results as well as maintained one of the highest scores globally. This has led to an improvement in our customer service, including a bespoke solution to each of our clients.
