We are proud to announce that SThree Managing Partner Natasha Clarke has been named Working Mums Champion at the annual Top Employer Awards organised by Workingmums.co.uk.
This award is for stand-out individuals whose efforts have made a significant difference to mums in their workplace. Speaking after her win Natasha said, “I’m thrilled to have won this award and hope it inspires other working mums to realise their potential too.”
Developing innovative ways of smart working
The Top Employer Awards recognise employers and top management of all kinds who are leading the field in developing innovative ways of smart working suited to today’s world. They are also proactive in seeking to retain talented staff, particularly working parents who want to combine successful careers with being a parent.
This win is a great testament to the work Natasha has been doing at SThree to push career progression amongst others through Velocity, our transparent and fair career programme. She also played an important role in developing our Mentoring Scheme which provides enormous benefits by helping our people fulfil their potential and by strengthening relationships across offices, brands and even continents.
Supporting women to succeed
Natasha has also done an amazing job in establishing Identity in 2011, a programme designed to support the development and progression of women within the organisation. Her hard work and dedication to raise awareness around diversity led to her winning the Opportunity Now Gender Diversity Champion Award last year.
And finally, it’s worth mentioning that Natasha is Chair of the Women In Recruitment Steering Committee. WIR aims to support women in the recruitment sector to achieve their full potential and assist recruitment firms in making the most of the female talent in their businesses.
“As Chair of the WIR Steering Committee my goal is to encourage organisations to develop an environment in which women are supported to succeed. The focus is to empower women, provide them with tools and knowledge to take advantage of opportunities available to them”, says Natasha.
