Tell us a bit about yourself...
"Currently I'm an Associate Sales Team Manager at SThree brand Progressive in Munich, working in our Pharma Perm team."
"I started my career at SThree in October 2012 as Associate Recruitment Consultant; before that, I studied Politics in Munich."
Why did you choose a career with SThree?
"As a student I worked for a company specialised in headhunting, so I already had some experience in certain areas of recruitment."

You are a father of two young children and you were recently promoted, again. How do you balance your career and your family life?
"I’m lucky to have a very supportive wife but I also have the opportunity to arrange my time and work flexibly. SThree definitely accommodates my needs as a father and my team is very supportive too."
Can you provide us with more insights into how SThree supports you?
"As a parent you can take advantage of SThree's flexitime offering. This means you work core working hours from 10am to 4pm but can arrange the hours outside of this timeframe flexibly."

What do you value most about placing candidates into new roles?
