Our Group Benefits team won the “Most Effective Relaunch™” category at the Engagement Excellence Awards in London, on October 5th. Out of the 80 shortlisted companies, we were recognised for the successful redesign and launch of the employee discount scheme and benefits portal.
Celebrating our win

Helping our people save over £7,000
Since the launch, we’ve seen huge increases in the number of people making savings through the large variety of discounts available, as well as an increase in the number of people signing up for the other benefits we offer. In the first half of the year, employees saved over £7,000 in discounts.
Working collaboratively with our partner, Reward Gateway, Group Benefits created a strong communication campaign using emails, the intranet and a benefits roadshow to actively engage with our employees and make them aware of all the new and exciting benefits as they were launched.
