Our team in Dubai has just made the move to a fantastic new office space in the heart of the city's International Financial Centre (DIFC). The story of SThree in Dubai is one of success, growth and ambition. With just one brand in 2008, they’ve had four office moves, doubled the brand offering and have gone from strength to strength in the last 11 years.
The Dubai team is extremely thrilled to be shortlisted alongside companies like AXA Insurance (Gulf), British Council, Fine Hygienic Holding and Merck Sharp and Dohme Idea. It is a great privilege for us to be recognised as an organisation with one of the best diversity and inclusion strategies.
Established by the founders of SThree, our global CSR commitments are fundamental to who we are and our development for the future. We aspire to help individuals, organisations and the economy to prosper across our three core commitments - community, workplace and the environment. This year alone, we have already seen a variety of initiatives that have been carried out globally and regionally – all for a good cause.
SThree Dubai is expanding to a bigger office space this October. The monumental growth of the office is a result of its consistency in working towards growth by analysing their performance, collating customer feedback and putting them into actionable improvements.
Over the past year, we have made our employees’ wellbeing a priority and made the decision to give back to the community. Through our corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, we partnered with theAfrican Science Academy(ASA) in Ghana to enable girls to pursue an education and a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
