You will be responsible for your client portfolio, and you will have to:

* Develop relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs and advise them

* Marketing your services in a sustainable, clear and attractive way

* Negotiating contractual agreements with external companies

* Create your own network of candidates by using different sources (job ad, job boards, social media, database, job fairs, …)

* Reviewing resumes and conducting telephone and face-to-face job interviews at various locations

* Negotiate the salary and act as a mediator with your clients and candidates

* Oversee the whole recruitment process

* Analyse your market and the new trends

* Provide a qualitative service by offering the right candidate for the right job

* Reach your targets and challenge yourself


Target-oriented, entrepreneur, ambitious and regular ray of sunshine!

* A first successful sales experience or a strong interest in recruitment and sales

* A Bachelor or Master's degree

* Bilingual French - English, knowledge of Dutch is a big plus

* A driving license B

* Dynamic profile motivated by challenges
