Main Purpose of the Job

Partnering with the Senior Management team, be responsible for the creation of Sthree Tokyo's Talent Acquisition Strategy whilst also playing a hands on role in sourcing talent for our open positions, whether it be directly or through third parties and internal referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent pipeline management & Consulting:

* Promoting yourself & your service offerings via candidate/supplier meetings, telephone / email marketing & professional social media
* Attracting, assessing & selecting candidates with the appropriate skills to match with client vacancies
* Providing consultative advice to candidates on the recruitment process
* Coordinating candidate interview arrangements & feedback
* Finalising employment offers with candidates & any relevant service providers
* Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates requested for interview or placements realised
* Complying with local legislation
* Review + Assess supplied candidate profiles and action accordingly

Strategic requirements and positioning:

* Collaborate with the senior management team in creating a long term Talent Acquisition plan. Including creating partnerships with Universities for new graduate hiring.
* Monitoring employment market trends
* Review supplier performance on a quarterly and yearly basis
* Building up-to-date knowledge of local employment market
* Maintaining a professional networking account & profile
* Update all suppliers on new vacancies and any changes in profiles or processes
* Utilise supplier partnership and external networks to gain information about competitors
* Identify, organise and sponsor recruitment efforts through external career fairs.

Relationship Management:

* Building valuable, continuous candidate relationships through regular engagement & significant networking with the objective of identifying new talent & building Sthree Employer Brand
* Providing a consistent professional approach to all candidates through the highest standards of service delivery & candidate experience
* Ensuring quick resolution of candidate queries and providing a positive experience to all candidates
* Consistently reiterate our standards and expectations to suppliers
* People / Stakeholder Management:
* Supporting Hiring Managers to provide candidates with a positive interview experience
* Providing information & being consultative to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions
* Building strong partnerships with HR & L&D to set employees up for success
* Managing internal stakeholders expectations
