Recruitment Sales Internship - 6 Months (leads to a permanent role)

This is a Consulting/Business Development internship that is designed to prepare you for a Recruitment Sales Consultant position. Please note that this is not an HR internship.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

Support Consultants in servicing for vacancies in an efficient manner within an agreed time frame.
Getting actively involved in achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators & targets.
Getting actively involved in the recruitment process - candidate acquisition, interviewing process, negotiating on offers etc.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor information and sourcing techniques to develop effective candidate acquisition.
Responsible for new client acquisition - sales & business development.
Working with your team to devise and execute innovative sales strategies.
Able to generate leads and then convert them into a sale.
Complete each task with excellence.
Build professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Capable of working in a high performance environment and a target driven role.
Responsible for NPS - Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships.
