MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Huxley Banking and Finance are looking for an Associate Sales Team Manager to manage a team of four. The role will be for the Development Contract sector. The Associate Sales Team Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing and developing a highly engaged and productive sales team of four, encouraging a service-led approach to understanding and delivering to the needs of our clients and candidates; ensuring delivery of sales targets and consistent revenue growth, whilst maintaining personal business contribution; in line with the SThree service attributes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS ANALYSIS & DEVELOPMENT:

Ability to monitor, extract and analyze data from company systems in order to prioritize and drive activities, behaviours and key financial and service metrics (NPS) that enhance performance and service on an on-going basis.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

Engages in regular face to face meetings and time on client sites to develop professional and mutually beneficial, long term relationships with existing clients and candidates, to maximize and develop business opportunities whilst adding continuous value to the customer; in line with SThree service attributes.

SALES & MARKETING:

Working towards personal and team goals and objectives to increase business profit margins Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to ensure pipeline and GP growth Actively involved in key accounts, effectively networking, advocating the "kite" model approach and engaging with support services colleagues as appropriate to further develop client relationships Meeting agreed personal and team performance standards that may relate to revenue targets, client retention metrics (NPS) and people management

PEOPLE / STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

Acts in line with the SThree service attributes; role modelling service behaviours and actively reinforcing and recognising good practice that enables client retention

Managing day-to-day activities of team members including managing attendance, productivity, performance & professional conduct, driving high standards at all times.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Strong understanding of SThree's brands and service attributes
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand ratios and accurately interpret data from
* Management Information Systems (MIS)
* Strong IT skills in the use of relevant applications
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks & projects
* Effective communication skills (N.B. SThree's internal business language is English)
* Proven role model of professionalism and company values
* Proven ability to make commercial decisions to improve service, performance and profitability
* Proven ability to recruit talent and successfully onboard and induct new recruits
* Proven ability to engage, manage and develop diverse sales teams
* Previous experience of meeting / exceeding agreed performance standards
* Previous experience of negotiating commercial agreements (e.g. SLAs, employment contracts etc)
