The L&D Sales Development Coach is in tune with the development needs of their region, is able to analyse the business to get to these needs and offer fitting solutions (workshops, training, coaching, etc.). They will be responsible for the L&D offering Recruit|Fit (0-12 months) and Recruit|Max (12-24 months) in the respective region.



Tasks:

* Collaboration with local team manager and Business manager to set up an effective development plan for the Sales population up to 24 months with a focus on the up to 12 months population

* Using assessments, training observations and coaching outcomes
* Support with internal systems
*

* Planning, organising, delivering and tracking of every activity for 0-12 month population at their location (training, assessments, coaching, feedbacks)
* Planning, organising, delivering and tracking of every 12-24 month activity at their location (training, assessments, coaching)
* Delivering every training and workshop along the lines of the Learner journey (Why, How, When)

* Pre-Meeting before Training
* Experiential Training Session and giving feedback
* Ensuring Observation through TL happens and discussing feedback

* Regular session to give feedback on participants and analyse the individuals with the TL in their location using analysis tools e.g. Performance Consulting, identifying development needs and acting on them
* Working closely together with the local management and Support Service Functions to adapt the offering to the arising needs and problems and supply an engaging onboarding journey
* Keeping Managers and directors up to date with changes, milestones, trends and problems - at least every half year
* Working on projects (e.g. Designing new workshops, organising events)
* Regular catch ups and best practice sharing with the global L & D Team
