A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Payment Coordinator to join SThree's new offices in Glasgow on a Permanent basis. The Coordinator will oversee the banking area, ensuring bank statements are reconciled daily, all bank transactions are allocated in a timely manner and month end deadlines are met.

As a result, we have a high volume of new vacancies across our Finance, IT, Legal, and HR teams, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in something new.



What will you be doing?

As a Payment Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all payments across all SThree Regions are made timely and accurately from accounts payment non trade, employee expenses, manual payments, and payroll working to ensure the highest quality process is in place. Any rejected or refunded payments are captured and worked to an end resolution. Working to ensure effective controls are maintained, implementing a continuous improvement process.



What skills/experience should you have?

* Strong background in payments and banking area.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong background of end to end process review and controls design
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and concisely;
* Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Word and Visio experience necessary (VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) with an excellent standard of formatting.
* A good working knowledge of financial systems
* Strong people skills, must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of managing change, key stakeholder engagement and effective influencing
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
