Job description:

In your role you will work with the global marketing team to create innovative inbound and outbound campaigns, using lead nurturing workflows and scoring. This role will require you to be a subject matter expert in automated campaign management and system management. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and have the ability to thrive in a demanding environment. The role requires a high degree of data-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, written and verbal communication, initiative and follow-through.

You will have a logical, process driven and analytical approach to your work and you will be able to articulate complex concepts, simply. You will be required to manage data, configure and maintain subscription lists and email preferences and orchestrate large scale programmes. You will also be developing and improving internal processes and procedures by working closely with the wider marketing team and sales operations.

Additionally, you will be required to suggest innovative automation solutions to achieve desired outcomes, conduct user acceptance testing for new integrations and configurations and assist in the delivery of the marketing strategy by supporting new opportunities for growth in both existing and new clients.

You will be responsible for:

* The ownership of marketing lead data and processes
* Marketing Cloud, Programmes and Web
* and managing leads and contacts
* Supporting the strategy for Marketing Cloud programs and utilising the platform to deliver timely and relevant marketing campaigns including smart lists, emails, landing pages
* Lead nurturing, A/B testing, segmentation, analysis
* Campaign lifecycle maintenance
* Maintaining and improving response and lead distribution
* Creating best practice guidelines and ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns across all marketing communications channels and make recommendations and implement improvements
* Adhering to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
* Delivering training both virtual and/or face to face
* Following and guiding campaigns through analytics reporting
* Improving strategies for outbound campaigns (email testing, data segmentation)
* Defining campaign audiences through segmentations (ideally some experience writing SQL queries)
* Adhoc support with local colleagues for marketing events
* Investigate and resolve bugs/issues related to CRM initiatives

Required experience:

* You will be a graduate with at least 2 years' experience in using a Marketing Automation Platform
* You will have a good understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to segment and manage data profiling lists coupled with the ability to develop and document processes and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
* You will have a thirst for knowledge, to learn and stay ahead of marketing automation trends, have relevant B2B marketing knowledge and understanding
* You will focus on quality and have excellent attention to detail, be a strong, effective communicator both written and verbal with strong project management skills and highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills


* Degree in Marketing or Business and/or Analytical based course
* Marketing Cloud or Marketing Automation and CRM experience
* Proficiency in Excel and Office suite - macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, PowerPoint
* Desirable: Business Intelligence software experience, GDPR awareness
* HTML 5, CSS, Email specific coding considerations required
* Experience with testing/optimization platforms
* Experience working with large data sets and databases
