Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs using department specific standards for design and delivery. Will incorporate a variety of blended learning and instructional techniques and formats, such as eLearning, role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and other medium to address adult learning needs.
* Consult with leadership to build solutions for one-off interventions not limited to off-site leadership meetings, team building exercises, and webinars.
* Consult with leaders on the performance management process and ensure continued adoption and quality improvement of performance management tools.
* Partner with Global L&D to ensure that all leadership development, talent pipeline building and high-potential development programs are delivered and aligned to the local strategy.
* Consult with business leaders and HR on matters related to leadership development and succession.
* Coach leaders utilizing coaching best practices as outlined by the ICF.
* Work with minimal guidance, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
* Consult with business leaders on culture development and transformation.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 2+ years experience delivering Leadership Development
* 4+ years in a Learning & Development Role
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience coaching and partnering with leaders at all levels.
* Strong facilitation skills.
* Ability to travel up to 50%
