* Developing and driving client development strategy in collaboration with senior business leaders, to generate revenue and pipeline business
* Creating business plans for all current and opportunity tender business, owning and driving target client list
* Advocates the SThree service attributes and effects organisational changes that supports business strategy and generate higher revenues for SThree
* Actively communicating and executing new approaches such as advocating the peer-to-peer relationship model to enable long term trusted client relationships and securing of future business opportunity

* Reviewing the portfolio of clients on a regular basis to identify further business and growth opportunities (e.g. new territory, skills etc) and presenting this back into the business
* Working with senior management to conduct due diligence and analyse market intelligence to continue to evolve business opportunities, remain competitive and strive to become a market leader in our field
* Spends time asking strategic questions to create a deep understanding of the client's business goals and resource requirements in order to recommend short/medium and long term client development strategy
* Actively seeks opportunity to join up clients across geographies and SThree brands in order to create further growth and revenue streams
* Places the client at the heart of key business decisions around service delivery models
* Analysing & understanding key performance indicators (KPIs), financial and service metrics (NPS) to help inform business decisions and make recommendations which have a positive impact on revenue streams and client service effectiveness

* Establishing & maintaining strategic business relationships with clients
* Maintaining close relationships with key decision makers within client organisations and providing issue resolution, when needed, by acting as a point of escalation
* Allocating ownership of client accounts to leverage & develop business relationships (i.e. introducing dedicated Account Managers)
* Identifying opportunities to involve Sales and Support Services management to develop peer-to-peer relationships
* Conducting client service reviews to drive continuous service improvement (e.g. APMs, client satisfaction surveys)
* Soliciting & acting on client feedback to ensure delivery of the highest quality service

* Identifying opportunities to promote SThree's services based on clients' resource planning and recruitment needs in the short term and on-going
* Seeking opportunities to collaborate with clients on industry related initiatives (e.g. CSR / Diversity projects, skills shortages, government initiatives) to support their strategic agenda by sharing best practice, industry insights and trends
* Negotiating commercial agreements [e.g. client terms, master agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs)]
* Working with marketing to devise and deliver appropriate Sector / Brand marketing campaigns for clients & candidates, in a targeted and professional manner

* Influencing internal stakeholders to drive activity and meet SLAs to ensure client needs are met and accounts are managed effectively
* Demonstrating superior market expertise and acting as a conduit for knowledge sharing and best practice to support the development of sales teams
* Ensures delivery to clients in line with agreed service standards by liasing with the delivery-teams for specific target accounts
* Consistently role models the service led approach and proactively recognizes and reinforces service behaviors that promote client retention and create win/win situations for the client and for SThree
* Developing relevant sales policies, best practice processes and compliance regulations; reviewing regularly to ensure efficiency and joined up approach to servicing clients
