Our training is envied by our competitors. It gives us a real competitive edge by attracting the best talent and ensuring they perform to their maximum ability. Whether that’s through a formal, structured programme or a more informal on-the-job approach, you’ll have all the support you require.
Every major organisation wants to keep their employees’ skills fully developed. In a world where change is not only becoming the norm, it's accelerating on an almost daily basis, that’s quite a challenge.
At the same time, there’s been a fundamental shift in the way we approach training. We used to expect formal and structured programmes (push). Now we encourage employees to take increasingly active roles in their own development (pull). As technology continues to get more social, the business landscape is becoming increasingly fluid. Performance and quality of results are of greater importance than ever before because people expect more, faster. So training has to be swift to adapt. And it needs to equip employees to meet every increasing client and candidate expectations.
MyLearning is critical to realising our L&D promise. It builds on our successes to date and provides us with a platform to be innovative and develop new services.
