We’ve always promoted from within. It's not a case of who’s been with us the longest. But rather, who has the talent and potential to succeed. So particularly able and committed Consultants can soon find themselves in managerial roles.
At SThree, your career trajectory is entirely in your own hands. Your performance is measured against individual and team targets. You will also have regular appraisals with your manager who will help develop your career path.
The vast majority – 98% – of our current directors and management started as trainees. They progressed within the company by consistently proving their commitment and ability. We’ve structured this process into a programme so you can see the opportunities available throughout your career at SThree. The programme’s called Velocity.

- Defines all Sales roles within the Company and associated competencies
- A consistent remuneration structure at each Career Level
- Defines the promotions process and promotion criteria for all Sales roles
