SThree continues to expand worldwide. So our support services are expanding too. After all, we’re vital to the company’s continued growth. The Group now has over 2,500 staff – spread over 60 offices. This means we’re going to have to work even harder to make sure future and current employees are:

Our team of 100 people work together to support our worldwide sales force. It’s up to us to:

We’re here to manage the quality and reach of all our communications as well as ensure the company remains a good corporate citizen.

Learning & Development

A blended learning programme for sales and support staff worldwide. We develop people to become future leaders.

Case studies

Anne-Marie Savage, HR Operations Manager

Anne-Marie came on board in October 2008 as an HR Administrator in the newly created HR department of SThree France. This position deals with HR administration service across the brands. Anne-Marie soon found herself in an advisory role, working on a variety of employee relations cases, project work and HR reporting. She was recently appointed HR Project Manager and is now based in Group HR, London. Prior to joining SThree, Anne-Marie obtained international degrees in business and management in a wide range of countries including the U.K., France, Spain, & Poland.
