SThree continues to expand worldwide. So our support services are expanding too. After all, we’re vital to the company’s continued growth. Group HR now has over 4,000 staff – spread over 90 offices. This means we’re going to have to work even harder to make sure future and current employees are:

Our team of 100 people work together to support our worldwide sales force. It’s up to us to:

The front line. We offer advice, support and HR knowledge to all our sales and support staff worldwide.

Internal Communications & Corporate Responsibility

We’re here to manage the quality and reach of all our communications as well as ensure the company remains a good corporate citizen.

Learning & Development

A blended learning programme for sales and support staff worldwide. We develop people to become future leaders.

Our teams are based in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, UK and US.

Case studies

Anne-Marie Savage, HR Project Manager

Anne-Marie came on board in October 2008 as an HR Administrator in the newly created HR department of SThree France. This position deals with HR administration service across the brands. Anne-Marie soon found herself in an advisory role, working on a variety of employee relations cases, project work and HR reporting. She was recently appointed HR Project Manager and is now based in Group HR, London. Prior to joining SThree, Anne-Marie obtained international degrees in business and management in a wide range of countries including the U.K., France, Spain, & Poland.
