Recruitment Consultant
As a recruitment consultant for SThree there are many opportunities to earn excellent money and work your way up the company.
Starting as a trainee, each consultant provides staffing solutions to their clients and candidates, aiming to match the best-fit candidate to the client's job vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients, discussing their needs with them, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Source, qualify and shortlist the most suitable candidates for each vacancy
- Advise clients on interviewees' feedback, attitude and outlook
- Manage the job offer process, negotiating salary and benefit packages
- Provide CV, interview and career advice to candidates
- Interview candidates, both on an introductory level and for specific roles
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Keep up-to-speed with market knowledge and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Provide market insight and advice to employers
- Work as part of a team to maximise commercial performance
