We are looking for successful recruiters and client developers who have a strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace. They should have proven themselves as an effective consultant, as well as ideally acting as a mentor and role model to junior members of the team.
This role may offer their first opportunity to take on more responsibility supporting the Team Leader or Manager.
Requirements
- Brazilian national or Portuguese speaker

Your responsibilities
- Using your commercial acumen to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Specialist niche business developer
- Managing your client and candidate recruitment needs
- Promote and market the company with clients and candidates
- Regularly update business systems regarding with client and candidate data
- Achieve agreed KPIs and meet requirements as agreed by your Manager
- Be a role model within the team and encourage and monitor the development of junior staff
- To help the team and Managers drive sales indicators effectively
